1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nation Props website or purchasing any Goods from Nation Props, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If You do not agree with these Terms, You should not use the Website or place an Order.
2. Products
Nation Props offers handmade, decorative, costume, cosplay, collectible, and related products.
Because some Goods are handmade or produced individually, minor variations in appearance, finish, texture, dimensions, or other characteristics may occur.
Product photographs are intended to represent the Goods as accurately as reasonably possible.
3. Orders
When You place an Order, You agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Nation Props reserves the right to refuse or cancel an Order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product availability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Fraud prevention;
- Incorrect customer information; or
- Other circumstances affecting fulfillment.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Website are for the Goods offered by Nation Props unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout when applicable.
Customers are responsible for completing payment for their Orders using an available payment method.
5. International Orders, Customs Duties and Taxes
International Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer/Recipient/Importer and are separate from the purchase price and shipping charges paid to Nation Props, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nation Props does not determine or control these charges and does not guarantee the amount that may be assessed.
The Customer is responsible for complying with all applicable import regulations in the destination country.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping estimates provided by Nation Props or its carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Nation Props is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, governmental authorities, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an Order is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed because the Customer does not wish to pay applicable import charges or otherwise fails to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to Nation Props.
The Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and other costs incurred as a result of the refused or unclaimed shipment.
8. Returns
Returns are subject to our applicable Shipping & Return Policy.
Products must meet the applicable return requirements stated in that policy.
Custom-made, personalized, or specially produced Goods may be subject to different return conditions where permitted by applicable law.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are expected to contact Nation Props directly before initiating a payment dispute whenever there is an issue with an Order.
If a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Nation Props may provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:
- Order information;
- Payment records;
- Shipping records;
- Tracking information;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Customer communications;
- Product information;
- Website policies applicable at the time of purchase; and
- Other relevant transaction documentation.
If a payment dispute results in a refund to the Customer after the Goods have already been delivered, Nation Props reserves the right to seek recovery of the outstanding balance or the return of the merchandise through the payment processor or other available remedies.
10. Customer Communications
By placing an Order, You agree that Nation Props may contact You regarding your Order, including shipping updates, delivery issues, payment matters, and other information necessary to fulfill or resolve the transaction.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, product images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Nation Props unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nation Props shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, customs assessments, governmental actions, or other third-party actions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Nation Props reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the Website with the applicable effective date.
